Recovery flasks are basically round bottom, glass flasks and they are used for heating, evaporation, and solvent storage or transfer. Most recovery flasks have conical ground glass joints in standard sizes for assembly with other general glassware or specific brands of kit. The glass flasks are available in a spread of sizes between 5 mL to 1 L, with or without baffles or sidearms.
